We want to ensure that every client has a positive experience and that our time is respected. Please take a moment to review our booking policy to avoid any confusion.
1. Appointments & Booking

Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance, either via phone, email or online.

Confirmation: A confirmation email or text will be sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to confirm your booking.
2. Deposit Policy

Deposit Required: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposit Usage: The deposit will be applied towards your total service cost. If you reschedule or cancel according to the policy below, the deposit may be transferred or forfeited.

Payment Methods: Deposits can be made online on our website or by card in the salon.
3. Rescheduling Policy

Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Deposit Transfer: If you reschedule within the required time frame, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Late Notice: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
4. Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service price.

No Cancellations: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment before the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the total service price.

Repeated Cancellations: Repeated cancellations may result in a permanent deactivation of your account and the inability to book future appointments.

Emergency Cancellations: If there is a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
5. No-Show Policy

No-Show Charge: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, the full service fee will be charged, and any future bookings will require full prepayment.

Account Deactivation: Repeated no-shows may result in a permanent deactivation of your account and the inability to book future appointments.
6. Late Arrival Policy

Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Less Than 15-Minutes Late: We will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service time may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment is not affected.

More Than 15-Minutes Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged for the missed appointment.
7. Service Satisfaction

Service Satisfaction: We want you to love your hair, and we’ll work hard to ensure you’re happy with the results. If you're unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will arrange a suitable time for you to come back into our salon and discuss your complaint.
